We beat the hell out of every obstacle there!!

8 Reps x 4 Sets
1a) Kettle bell Swings
1b) Goblet Squats
2a) 6 Snatch's (each arm)
2b) 8 Revese Lunges (each leg)
15 Minute timed sets
15 Body weight Squats
Leaps for 30 feet (Do as many as you need to make it that far)
Backwards Bear Crawl (30 feet)
Spider man Push up's (5 each arm, 1 Leg up each side)
