Any way here's the work out!
This workout should be done with a sand bag or med ball that is at least 25% of your body weight.
Turkish get up 2 Reps (each side)
Front squats 12 reps
Side lunges 8 reps (each leg)
Sand bag cleans 6 reps
Med ball slams 12 reps
Knock out 5 sets total.
No go in on this workout!!!
