What's up!! I know a lot of people are kind of frightened the first time they step into a gym or training studio. They think people are going to look at them, they might be the most over weight or out of shape person in the group. Well you won't be.
You will always have people that count you out, think you will fail, bet against you or just shit on your goals...
This is a list that I try to live my life by each and every day. I’m not going to say i follow these rules to the Tee but i do my best. I human just like you so I do break a rule or two but not because I want to, just because i a little gooned out, it happens.
The power of thought is kind of a big deal that not many people really understand. The way you think (your inner world) and how you think can really have an effect on your reality (outer world). I'm not trying to get all scifi on you but its the truth.
Whether their goals are fatloss, muscle gain, athletic competition, rehab or increase business these people work hard to get themselves exactly where they want to be. Plain and simple, just give it 100%!
You see, who you spend most of your time with can really effect your feelings, reactions, views, productivity and pretty much just zap the life out of you.
Everyone is running faster, jumping higher, throwing harder , records are being broken. Including racial barriers in sport....
